Microsoft has increased the price of its Microsoft 365 subscriptions, sparking consumer outrage. The tech giant says it comes new AI features, and its 84 million subscribers will now have access to Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and the newly renamed Microsoft 365 Copilot app. But customers have complained saying they should have been asked to opt in.
