It’s been way too warm lately to keep the plastic sheeting on our DIY PVC dome hoophouses! We’re officially transitioning to insect netting instead—no more daily venting needed, and fingers crossed it helps keep pests away from the brassicas we’ve got growing underneath! The switch is super easy! We just unscrew the small board that holds the top in place, slide off the plastic sheeting, fold it up for storage, then lay the insect netting over and screw it back down. Still on hinges so it lifts
