Stretching the TFL Muscle 🦵The Tensor Fasciae Latae (TFL) is a small but important muscle located on the outer side of your upper thigh. It helps stabilize both the hip and knee by connecting to the iliotibial (IT) band, which runs down the side of your leg. 💪Keeping the TFL flexible through regular stretching can ease tightness, reduce hip and outer thigh discomfort, and enhance mobility.
