We may not be dipping at the moment, but our education ponds are brimming with great pond snails for you all to see. It seems that a snail overtake takes roughly 1 minute and 30 seconds! Pond snails do a great job of eating pond algae but also decorative plants, and so require a delicate balance of space and planting not to be considered pests.
