The Government has issued an “all clear” for Jamaica, meaning utility companies should commence restoration and recovery operations across the island. Information Minister Dr Dana Morris Dixon is also urging supermarkets, wholesales, pharmacies and gas stations to reopen so that Jamaicans can have access to essential items. However, she is cautioning persons to be careful when venturing out given the hazards left behind by Hurricane Melissa. #GLNRToday | Jamaica Gleaner
