Para crecer el músculo (que todos los modelos del insanity tenían buena masa muscular) se necesita el entrenar fuerza, cerca del fallo, esto es más similar a un entrenamiento de gimnasio en el que realizamos series de entre 30s a 90s dando un esfuerzo muy alto, a una musculatura mas enfocada (normalmente) y descansamos de 2 a 4 minutos. - El insanity era en su gran mayoria cardio, en la que el unico músculo cerquita de fallar era el corazon 🫀😵 - Pero el Alex del pasado no sabía de esas cosas #
