Edmonton Public Library reopens doors

Some are calling libraries and recreation centres “frivolous.”I don’t see it that way. These are the places where families gather, kids learn, and communities stay strong. I don’t see how a recreation centre and a library is frivolous. These are core services that ALL neighbourhoods expect. Affordability isn’t just about keeping costs down.
