The Bucks County SPCA plans to press animal cruelty charges against Margaret Vautard, the director of Cats Bridge To Rescue, who is speaking out after the SPCA raided her unlicensed shelter that was operating out of a warehouse in Bensalem. | FOX 29

Today is an exciting day at the SPCA! We have TWO large rescue missions underway and by the end of the day will have welcomed 54 new doggies to our Rescue Center. One group is traveling by 🚐 van and the other, as seen here, is coming by ✈️ plane. Rescue mission one is taking off shortly with 28 dogs and puppies, all headed to the SPCA for a second chance.
