Injured🤕 😤 11 weeks ago I suffered a Torn Subscapularis 🤬 Since then iv went from pressing 40kg dumb bells to struggling with 7.5kgs 🙄 Spent the first 7 weeks of rehab with nerve pain running down my neck and arm all the way to my finger tips. Then ontop of that injury I ended up with cracked ribs from Ice Hockey 🏒 So the past 11 weeks haven't really been much fun to say the least. Spending all day working in the gym watching everyone else training and wishing I could train myself pain free
