We have just awarded the Bukit Merah bus package to SBS Transit Ltd (SBST)! This is the 4th bus package under the Bus Contracting Model (BCM). Under the package, 18 bus services, including two cross-border services, will operate from the new Ulu Pandan Depot. The bus routes of these services will originate from Bukit Merah and HarbourFront Bus Interchanges, Kampong Bahru, Marina Centre, Queen Street and Shenton Way Bus Terminals. The 5-year contract will start from 4Q 2018. Watch the video below

Lady just arrived in Singapore and posted on Xiaohongshu praising SBS Transit staff for recovering her lost bag. She left the MRT realizing that her bag was left behind. She posted and recounted her story of how honest and efficient the MRT staff were. When she returned back to Hillview station to meet up with her two children, they were kept safe by MRT staff waiting at the Passenger Service Centre.
