Hundreds gathered outside of a bar Tuesday evening where a 28 year-old father of four was shot to death over the weekend. The family and friends of Jalen Stevens held a balloon release outside of Chita’s Nefertiti, where Jalen lost his life around 1 a.m. Sunday morning. Jalen was celebrating a work promotion with his brother Glenn, who was reportedly stabbed over a dozen times.
