healthinfo_hk on Instagram: "點解心理學界一直誤以為「自律導致快樂」？因為以前太多研究只係睇 Correlation（相關性），無睇 Causality（因果性）。📊 新加坡國立大學與美國團隊最近做咗個 3-wave longitudinal study（三波縱向研究），分別搵咗 377 個亞洲人同 1,299 個美國人，長時間追蹤佢哋嘅心理變化。 佢哋用咗 Random Intercept Cross-Lagged Panel Model 去撇除個人特質嘅干擾，結果發現： 時間點 A 嘅「高自律」，預測唔到時間點 B 嘅「幸福感提升」。 相反，時間點 A 嘅「高幸福感」，顯著預測到時間點 B 嘅「自律能力提升」。 這引證咗 Barbara Fredrickson 嘅「Broaden-and-build」理論：正面情緒能擴闊思維，建立心理資源，進而促進自律。 當然，戴返個頭盔，呢個研究係講緊「短中期」嘅變化。長期黎講，一個自律嘅人可能生活滿意度係高啲，但如果你想短期內提升執行力，依靠「意志力」不如依靠「情緒調節」。 〔資料來源：Khoo, S.
