First-off, stating that class d amplifiers are in fact analogue and the 'd' does not stand for digital, it is just a coincidence. We are increasingly seeing digital elements added to analogue amplifiers such as Bluetooth, Digital Signal Processors (DSP) and Digital to Analogue Converters (DAC), but to call the unit a Digital amplifier is slightly misleading. There is
