Footage shows a capsized boat near Old Harbour Bay, Jamaica, on Sunday, October 26, as powerful swells built ahead of Hurricane Jamaica. Footage recorded by Sheldon Levene shows the partially submerged boat floating near the shore. The National Hurricane Center said in an advisory on Monday that Category 5 Melissa was packing maximum sustained winds of 165 mph and was expected to bring “catastrophic and life-threatening” winds, flooding, and storm surge to Jamaica late Monday and early Tuesday.
