We did Kimjang, the Korean tradition of making a big batch of kimchi before winter. Our whole family gathered, worked together, and shared the moment just like people have done for generations. After all the hard work, we enjoyed suyuk (boiled pork belly) with freshly made kimchi — the perfect combo and a classic Kimjang tradition.
