In stranded knitting, you may sometimes get very long floats. It’s a good idea to catch these onto the wrong side of your knitting, so they don’t get caught in fingers and toes… I like to catch floats every 3 to 5 sts. Catching floats I In stranded knitting, depending on the pattern, you sometimes get very long floats.
