A proper SUN day ☀️ The Cutty Sark is an iconic British sailing ship built in 1869 in Scotland, known as one of the last and fastest clippers ever constructed. It was originally designed for the tea trade with China, racing to bring tea back to London as quickly as possible. Its name comes from a Scottish poem by Robert Burns, in which “Cutty Sark” means short shirt. With the rise of steamships that could pass through the Suez Canal, the Cutty Sark lost its advantage in the tea trade and later b
