Heat shrinking some tools for a current machining project. A couple 1/2” and a 3/4” end mill. The Shrink Station is working great and theVortex cooler does a great job at cooling the tools down in about a minute. The Kaeser is doing a great job keeping up with the air demands well. The shrink station performs an air blast right after the induction heating cycle to cool the holder quickly to lock in the cutter. I’ll be machining a steel sub-plate for the Milltronics 4th axis.
