A family adventure film called Alpha is being released in theatres today. It tells the story of a boy and his pet wolf as they survive in Beringia about 20,000 years ago. Yukon paeleontologist Grant Zazula worked with producers of the film. He provided advice on the landscape and animals of the last ice age such as wooly mammoths, giant sloths and woolen rhinoceroses. | CBC Yukon
