Like me using the machine bar just to hold my shoe on 🫠🫠🫠 remember this ⬇️⬇️⬇️🔥🔥🔥 You can change benches and lifting equipment to suit your body, ability, height ❌ there isn’t only just one way to do something. 😂 So if you feel daunted in the gym with moving equipment around, or making it suit you, don’t feel shy with it!!! Not every gym has all pieces of equipment either … so there’s some things you’ll have
