Clean, peel, and cut your sweet potatoes into eighths. 2. In a pot on low heat, add 2 tbsps of water. Add half of your cut sweet potatoes to the pot. Add 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of vanilla, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Add
