Out of Prison, Into Fine Dining: How One Organization Is Preparing Incarcerated People for Life Beyond Bars
Chef Brandon Chrostowski founded the Edwins program to teach incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people how to work in restaurants. Today the nonprofit offers free housing, culinary classes, job opportunities, and more — even serving a five-course meal to the public at one correctional institution.
