39 vs 49…how has it been 10 years since we filmed the original T25 workout videos??? And it feels so damn good to be reunited with the program that changed my life back in 2013. We’ve completed week 1 of filming all new T25 workouts and I’m excited for the next 3 weeks of filming as part of the at-home cast on the screens. Stay tuned…launches in May and of course I’ll keep you posted. But I’ll tell you this…I feel stronger than ever now at 49. And like I always say, you’re never too old, too you
